Information Technology for Performance Management

Performance Management and Performance-based Compensation technologies are increasing in sophistication at an increasing rate.  The end result is that your job is becoming easier, faster, more accurate, more productive, and less expensive.
Our job is to make a simple technology easy and understandable so that the mechanics behind the curtain are invisible.
At this moment, we are putting the final touches on a number of our own in-house, important processes. Here are a few:
  • Performance Management Programs:  Planning and goal-setting, performance reporting, performance evaluation, the personal and professional development plan and the compensation implications of performance.  All in one place – all automatic.  Coming very soon.  Watch this page.
  • Compensation surveys:  You will never again have to input compensation survey data.  Instead, when you send us your Compensation Control Sheet (if you don’t yet have one, we’ll send one to you), we’ll be able to automatically combine it with others by “competitive set” and send you back your market position, a recommended salary structure and merit increase guidechart, and CEO, Board, and line-manager ready reports for effective compensation decisions.  (Compensation Control Sheets can, in many situations, be feed automatically by many payroll vendors right now.)
  • Productivity Studies:  Every best practice company measures productivity – every one of them.  We are developing a process to make this automatic too.
  • Job Classification and Evaluation:  Automatic and online.  Coming soon.
